Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory management processes, encompassing receiving, storage, and distribution.

• Identify and investigate any discrepancies or variances in inventory.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely reordering of inventory items.

• Maintain precise inventory records and update management systems accordingly.

• Assist in the implementation of best practices and improvements in inventory management.

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control processes.

• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and suggest appropriate actions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• Knowledge of inventory management processes and best practices.

• Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• An associate degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in the information technology sector is advantageous.
