Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of multiple restaurants to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction, and human resource management objectives.
  • Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all Company guidelines and following ethical business practices.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profits, and labor costs, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing restaurant managers to ensure the success of our restaurants.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other job duties as may be assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant operations experience, preferably in a multi-unit management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, accounting, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time without a break.
  • Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.
  • Must be able to walk, bend, and kneel.
  • Must be able to reach and grab.
  • Must be able to work in a loud environment.
  • Must be able to see and hear.
  • Must be able to wear a headset to take orders.
  • Must be able to talk.
  • Must be able to smell and taste.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel required between restaurants.
  • Some (25%) travel outside of local area.
