Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Home2/TRU Grove City. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing front desk duties and completing nightly audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Duties: Check-in and check-out guests, make stay reservations, answer phone calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Nightly Audit Procedures: Count cash drawers, complete downtime reports, print guest request/comment reports, and CRM reports.
  • Reporting and Communication: Communicate with prior and next shifts about any important details, print available rooms reports, and send required emails to corporate office.
  • Security and Compliance: Count cash drawers, drop money in safe, and ensure all paperwork is in order.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Report any no-shows to housekeeping, restock suite shop and guest amenities, and clean the desk area, back office, and lobby areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Prior hotel experience and OnQ training preferred.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Work Habits: Meet and exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
