  • Operations Management: Oversee the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Brand Representation: Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image by ensuring that all food and service standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Support and train our teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous Management Experience: Have previous management experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Food and Customer Service: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a focus on delivering a world-class experience.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive business growth.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
