Job Description:

As an Electrical Department Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our electrical design team and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Our electrical design team is responsible for designing building and site electrical systems, including normal and standby power, lighting and controls, fire alarm, UPS, and telecom systems. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and providing technical guidance to team members.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager who can lead our team and drive project success. If you have a strong background in electrical design and management, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the electrical design team and ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Oversee the design process and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
  • Develop and implement department standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in electrical design and management
  • Strong background in electrical design and management principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
