Patient Experience Supervisor Opportunity

As a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR at Serenity Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by leading our team of support specialists and ensuring they provide exceptional support to our patients.
About the JobThis role requires a patient-focused leader with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisor role, preferably in a call center environment, and be passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
About YouWe're looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who can effectively supervise and mentor customer service representatives to provide top-notch support to our patients. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, and strong leadership and team management skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Monitor team performance, manage workflows, and handle escalated patient issues to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive patient support and service delivery.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, call center preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in de-escalation techniques
- Problem-solving abilities and a passion for making a meaningful difference
