This role requires a patient-focused leader with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisor role, preferably in a call center environment, and be passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who can effectively supervise and mentor customer service representatives to provide top-notch support to our patients. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, and strong leadership and team management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor customer service representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Monitor team performance, manage workflows, and handle escalated patient issues to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive patient support and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, call center preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in de-escalation techniques
  • Problem-solving abilities and a passion for making a meaningful difference
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearBenefits
