Job Summary: The role entails delivering specialized assistance, security measures, and user support for essential software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and user assistance for a variety of software platforms
  • Manage system security protocols for software applications
  • Create internal reports as required by various departments
  • Oversee procurement processes for hardware, software, and maintenance agreements
  • Support the research and integration of new software solutions
  • Facilitate training and orientation sessions for faculty and staff
  • Install, upgrade, and replace computer hardware and software
  • Eliminate viruses and malware from institutional computers
  • Assist users in configuring personal devices
  • Set up computers and multimedia technology for events
  • Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Provide support for peripheral devices such as printers and scanners
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Comprehension of current information technology trends and solutions
  • Expertise in application development and management
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to assess issues and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
