As an Automotive Service Technician, your role encompasses a variety of tasks both beneath the vehicle and under the hood. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: suspension work, steering adjustments, wheel alignments, brake services, routine maintenance, diagnostics, oil changes, fluid services, and more. An Automotive Repair Technician can expect to earn between $35,000 and $50,000+ annually, with compensation potentially comprising a base salary or hourly wage plus overtime and possible bonus incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and timely vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Efficiently perform necessary services or repairs to meet or surpass customer expectations.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles before and after repairs to verify functionality and safety.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork and collaboration among all service technicians.
- Support colleagues with various tasks as needed to consistently achieve our standard of exceptional customer service.
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Prior experience in an automotive repair setting is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
