Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Financial Planner at Advisor Employee Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, investment allocation models, and insurance proposals for clients.
  • Utilize industry software and websites to obtain client and product information.
  • Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace.
  • Establish and maintain detailed client files.
  • Prepare client correspondence, including letters and email correspondence.
  • Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Assist with client meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
  • Friendly, professional phone manner and ability to work with a variety of clients.
