Position Overview
As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact, providing outstanding impressions and serving as the hospitality representative for the entire community while offering administrative support. Job Type:
Part-Time. Shifts available include evenings and weekends, totaling approximately 15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls warmly, providing routine information and directing calls appropriately.
- Perform general clerical duties, including typing, filing, and operating office equipment.
- Screen and direct all visitors.
- Communicate effectively with guests, residents, families, and team members in a respectful manner.
- Promote hospitality and deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintain an inviting home environment that encourages engagement and socialization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Empathy for the challenges faced by residents and families, along with problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to use various electronic devices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, along with a desire to serve and care for them.
