Position Summary:


The AWS RI Operations Team seeks a motivated, community-oriented, and seasoned leader to guide a team of analytical and process-focused professionals.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment within a larger organization.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of a complex environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to excel under pressure.

The individual will oversee a team responsible for managing ticketed requests from customer-facing teams and addressing escalations from those teams as needed.


Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team of analysts to ensure precision and efficiency in a dynamic, high-visibility setting
Foster vision and support career advancement for a team of highly motivated individuals
Facilitate and implement established team objectives and vision
Proactively seek opportunities for enhanced communication and training
Contribute to the documentation of team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and write-ups related to continuous improvement initiatives, promotions, and operational strategies
Build relationships across various teams to promote long-term solutions

Work Location:
We are open to hiring candidates to work remotely.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is determined by several factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
