Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of donor data mining, solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship
  • Successful experience closing gifts of $100,000+
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a development team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-driven strategies
  • Experience with grant writing, donor management systems, and fundraising software
  • Passionate about the organization's mission and committed to advancing its goals
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Work Schedule

Typically Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some late nights and weekend work may be required. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time, including driving and air travel.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, Exempt position, with an expected salary in the range of $160,000-$190,000 annually. The benefit package includes health, dental, and vision insurance with a large percentage of premiums paid by the employer. EAP (Employee Assistance Program), life and AD&D insurance. Participation in the company's 401k after one full year of employment, with up to 10% company match, performance-based bonus structure, PTO, holidays, meals, and golf benefits also included.
