Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team at Team Gillman. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing our files, ensuring they are easily accessible and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and categorize incoming paperwork, making copies as needed
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy access to documents
  • Update records and files with new information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Store and secure important documents in designated areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless file management
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds
