About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop personalized plans
  • Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote recovery and improvement
  • Document client information, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary
  • Educate clients and their families about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
