Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to clients/patients/residents
  • Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease
  • Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following established safeguards
  • Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans as needed
  • Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and incorporate knowledge into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents
Requirements:
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
