About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop personalized plans
  • Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help residents achieve their goals
  • Document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Appropriate education level and certifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
