Job Title: Senior Account Executive, Employee Benefits

At Acrisure, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and maintain a portfolio of client relationships
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in employee benefits sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
