As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for construction project employees, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain accurate employee records, including hours worked, benefits, and deductions, while accounting for prevailing wage rates.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, and any specialized construction-related compensations.
  • Address employee inquiries related to construction payroll matters.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits of construction payroll records.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive payroll information.

Requirements:

  • Years of dedicated experience in processing and administering construction payroll.
  • Profound understanding of construction industry payroll regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
  • Proficiency in construction-specific payroll software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple construction projects' payroll simultaneously.
