Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Juniper Communities in Williamstown. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will provide physical support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and medication administration.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, and other activities of daily living.
  • Administer medication to residents as instructed.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an approved medication administration course.
  • Successful completion of a nurse aide training course if state regulated.
  • Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
  • Successful completion of a CPR and First Aid course.
