Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain aseptic technique and sterile conditions during procedures.
  • Participate in the setup and maintenance of surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • Support the surgical team in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Clinical Coordinator (CCORT) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of operating room experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
