As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and break down dialysis blood systems for treatment
Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes, and inform charge nurses of any concerns
Determine patient care priorities and organize workload accordingly

Requirements:
Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT, and/or phlebotomy skills desired
DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
