We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team in providing high-quality care to our animal patients. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting veterinarians with examinations and procedures, performing laboratory tests, administering medications, and providing compassionate care to animals and their owners.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures
  • Perform laboratory tests such as blood work, urinalysis, and fecal analysis
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by veterinarians
  • Prepare animals for surgery and monitor their anesthesia during procedures
  • Take and develop X-rays
  • Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery of patients
  • Educate pet owners on proper animal care and answer their questions
Requirements:
  • Certified Veterinary Technician or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in an Emergency, Critical Care or hospital setting is highly desirable
  • Proficient in animal handling and restraint techniques
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures
