About the Role:
The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to develop and execute scratch-made dishes and recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, sides, and desserts
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
- Participate in daily lineups and culinary all-staff meetings to maintain open communication and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an entry-level cook or higher
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and requirements, including SafeStaff standards
- Adaptable interpersonal communication skills to address fellow associates at all levels
- Conversational proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication
