  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to the dress code, including the proper uniform and name badge.
  • Uphold a clean and neat appearance at all times.
  • Utilize a radio headset for effective communication during your shift.
  • Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their meals and thank them for their patronage.
  • Accurately manage cash transactions and perform cash drawer counts with management.
  • Keep track of menu inventory and assist in maintaining the Pie Case with fresh items.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the cash register area and assist in keeping the dining area tidy.
  • Handle to-go orders with care, ensuring accuracy before handing them to customers.
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Regularly check restrooms for cleanliness and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
  • Balance sales at the end of your shift and assist with overall cleanliness of the establishment.
  • Address guest complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Process employee meal payments appropriately.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to four hours without a break.

2. Proficient in writing and using electronic systems for guest management.

3. Maintain a cheerful disposition and engage guests in friendly conversation.

4. Capable of multitasking and managing guest flow effectively.
