We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Wasden Law Offices in Twin Falls. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and Adobe applications.

The ideal candidate will be able to type 60 WPM within the first 60 days of employment and have advanced computer software skills. They will also have a working knowledge of records management, file organization and/or billing.

A Spanish fluency is highly desirable but not required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with billing and accounts payable/receivable
  • Develop and implement filing systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
