Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Northshore. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Current professional nursing licensure in the State of Illinois
- Graduate of a NLN-accredited school of nursing
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduate nurses
