Job Title: School Nurse RN/LPN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Nurse RN/LPN to join our team at Premier Health Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive health services to students, ensuring their optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer health services to students, including first aid and emergency care.
  • Develop and implement health programs to promote student health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure student health and safety.
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify potential health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized health plans to address student health needs.
  • Provide health education and counseling to students, parents, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
  • Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in school health.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in Ohio.
  • 1-3 years of experience in school nursing or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of school health laws and regulations.
Working Conditions:

The School Nurse RN/LPN will work in a fast-paced school environment, interacting with students, parents, and staff. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality of student health information.
