Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician, your primary duties will include:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and rectifying equipment malfunctions in the field, focusing on electrical and gasoline-powered vehicles.
  • Executing product deliveries, pickups, and installations to ensure seamless service and maintenance of client accounts.
  • Generating precise and timely documentation for work orders, parts requisitions, delivery logs, timesheets, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Communicating potential sales opportunities and customer insights to relevant personnel, including service managers and sales representatives.
  • Overseeing and maintaining all assigned company tools, equipment, and inventory.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned company vehicle and/or trailer, including routine inspections.
  • Adhering to all applicable state and local regulations while operating company vehicles.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification or diploma is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience is necessary, with prior experience in servicing golf cars being advantageous.
Licensing:
A valid driver's license is required, and compliance with company policies regarding vehicle operation is essential.
