About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to take their career to the next level. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies, fostering meaningful relationships with customers, and building a block of business through new customer acquisition and service.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize Kroff Chemical's position in targeted markets
- Foster and nurture relationships with customers through solution-driven sales and service
- Build a block of business through new customer acquisition and service
- Prospect new customers, opportunities, and markets
- Increase the value of current customers
- Develop and present quotes and proposals for customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing quotes with customers
- Work closely with technical staff and R&D to determine unique solutions for customers
- Analyze market trends to determine new growth sectors or changes in the customer base
- Take pride in being a sales professional and be career-driven and goal-oriented
- Have previous water treatment experience
- Have a chemistry or technical background
- Be a lifelong learner and passionate about their career
- Relish building long-term personal relationships with customers
