About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to take their career to the next level. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies, fostering meaningful relationships with customers, and building a block of business through new customer acquisition and service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize Kroff Chemical's position in targeted markets
  • Foster and nurture relationships with customers through solution-driven sales and service
  • Build a block of business through new customer acquisition and service
  • Prospect new customers, opportunities, and markets
  • Increase the value of current customers
  • Develop and present quotes and proposals for customers
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing quotes with customers
  • Work closely with technical staff and R&D to determine unique solutions for customers
  • Analyze market trends to determine new growth sectors or changes in the customer base
Requirements

  • Have previous water treatment experience
  • Have a chemistry or technical background
