Kelly Wicks - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. In the role of Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance offerings and market trends will enable you to engage with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value. You may also play a role in formulating strategies and setting targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with your agency's team to foster enduring customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients through various communication channels.
  • Ability to effectively connect with customers
  • Experience in a team setting while also capable of independent work.
