Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review all assigned inventory, including reductions for appeals and status of e-billed invoices and payments.
  • Provide regular updates to Partners and Billing team and clearly communicate potential issues to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to e-billed clients, including working with the Collections and Billing team to understand the billing requirements of the clients to ensure that all appeals, accruals, and budgets are submitted timely.
  • Provide updates and other status reports as requested.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in billing and/or collections. Law firm experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. The ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of attorneys, management, and staff.
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Experience with Elite 3E or other large automated accounting systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Business is preferred.
