Production Manager

Key Responsibilities- Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with quality standards and company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and goals.
- Monitor and control production schedules, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to plan and coordinate production activities.
- Ensure that all employees follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet company standards.
