About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our US Hip Portfolio team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US hip arthroplasty market landscape, including market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the development of annual marketing plans for the US Hip portfolio, including market and competitor analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, and portfolio value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales tool development, digital and web strategy, and inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Build and supervise key performance indicators for the US Hip portfolio and lead the remediation effort to drive deeper market penetration of assigned products.
  • Deploy pricing guidelines into the US market, lead pricing exceptions process, and provide input into pricing decisions.
  • Lead all aspects of downstream new product launch execution activities, including channel readiness execution, segment and target customers, and local training and road shows.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of business experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of leadership experience and 3+ years of experience in orthopedic marketing.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and team building skills.
  • Strategic problem solver with ability to anticipate future issues and identify business needs that can drive value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret sophisticated data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative with ability to meet needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • High energy and engaging, with ability to build relationships and influence across a global organization.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
