About the Job:
">Firstsource is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of staff, coordinating account inventories, and maintaining time and attendance records.
">Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and develop departmental teams to achieve operational excellence">
- Direct and oversee daily staff activities to ensure timely completion of tasks">
- Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly progress to the Department Manager">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and perform quality assurance checks">
- Prepare and conduct staff training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge">
- Problem-solve operational issues and provide creative solutions">
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve staff performance">
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees">
- Delegate and inspect workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required">
- Minimum 2 years of Eligibility Supervisor experience">
- Working knowledge of Medicaid processes and regulations">
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time">
- Strong leadership and communication skills">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment">
- Demonstrate strong initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities">
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
