- Assessments and Case Planning: Collaborate with caseworkers to develop and implement assessments and case plans that address the unique needs of each family.
- Child Advocacy: Support parents in identifying and articulating their children's needs, and assist caseworkers in gathering information, making referrals, and communicating with community partners.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (passing test(s) evaluating proficiency in bilingual requirements is required).
- One year of experience assisting professionals in specialized social programs, or possession of a current certification in child development, early childhood education, addiction counseling preparation, or juvenile corrections, or 45 quarter hours/30 semester hours of college coursework in relevant fields, or an associate degree in a field not closely related to social work/human services and six months of human services-related experience.
