Investment Operations Coordinator

A leading Multi-Billion-Dollar Investment Firm is seeking an Investor Relations professional to join their team.
As an Investor Relations Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the team inbox, addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and completing investor Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for review by senior management, accounting, or compliance. You will also create and update marketing materials, including fund-level PowerPoint presentations, annual meeting decks, investment tear sheets, and investor letters.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of investor services experience from a fund, fund administrator, or bank. In this role, you will work closely with the valuations team, investment analysts, accounting, compliance, legal, and broader sales teams to fulfill data requests.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
