About the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL)

The PLL is a men's professional lacrosse league in North America, comprised of 8 teams of top players. Co-founded by lacrosse stars Paul Rabil and Mike Rabil, the PLL is backed by investors in sports and media.

As a highly motivated Systems and Customer Success Manager, you will oversee key systems and customer interface for the PLL Play team, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Management:
    • Develop and maintain the LeagueApps registration system for PLL Play programs, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage over 200 program registrations annually, handling customer requests and resolving issues.
    • Ensure financial reconciliation and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Customer Success:
    • Respond to inbound customer inquiries, addressing system-related and general program questions.
    • Guide new customers through the registration process, building strong relationships and promoting PLL Play's value.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of $70,000 - $75,000, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
