Customer Success Specialist

Job Overview:

This position involves working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all service-related inquiries, including scheduling, job progress, and follow-up. Responding promptly and professionally to client calls, emails, and messages to ensure high customer satisfaction. Updating clients on scheduled service times, any potential delays, or rescheduling needs, ensuring they feel informed and valued.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required, along with a minimum of three to five years of business-to-business sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role. Experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or scheduling role is also preferred.
