About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Canon U.S.A., Inc., you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory or an assigned account list. Your goal is to achieve 100% of quota through effective management of your team.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to train, develop, and coach current and new sales representatives to success. You will also be responsible for maintaining proficiency in product and promotional knowledge, as well as completing all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt). Progressive responsibility in sales, industry, and marketing experience is also essential.
