Job Description:
This role is a key part of our sales team, responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software solutions to businesses across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, providing coaching and training to sales team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in a technology or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
