Autism Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Behavior Technician to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to individuals with autism and their families.
About the Role:The Autism Behavior Technician position is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with individuals on the autism spectrum, implementing their individualized programs and helping them learn new skills that improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Implement individualized programs for patients with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Our benefits package includes:
- Competitive hourly rate, starting at $17/hour with benefits, and $21/hour for non-benefitted positions.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable and safe vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., and to engage in physical activities like running, jumping, reaching with arms, etc.
This role operates in a clinical environment, with standard office and audiovisual equipment. Position may also operate at offsite locations, including a patient's home, school, or place of employment. This role will be expected to work at multiple sites with multiple patients.
This position is not eligible for telecommuting.
