Join Our Team as a Behavior Therapist

Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team in Louisville. As a Behavior Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college degree
  • Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Dependability, consistency, and reliability
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
