Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized programs for patients with autism, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement patient programs written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Use ABA techniques to help patients learn new skills and improve their quality of life
  • Work one-on-one with patients, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities
  • RBT certification (must be attained within the orientation/training period)
Work Environment

This role operates in a clinical environment, requiring standard office and audiovisual equipment. Position may also operate at offsite locations, including patients' homes, schools, or workplaces. This role will be expected to work at multiple sites with multiple patients.

Physical Demands

This is a physically active position that requires working with patients of varied activity levels and movement throughout the building to various locations during therapy. The environment is open with bright lights and active patients, resulting in a loud environment.
