Job Title: Autism Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Therapy Assistant to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As an Autism Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized programs for patients with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help them learn new skills and improve their quality of life.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism. As an Autism Therapy Assistant, you will work one-on-one with patients, helping them to develop social, communication, vocational, and life skills. You will be part of a supportive team that is passionate about providing high-quality services to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized programs for patients with autism, using ABA techniques to help them learn new skills and improve their quality of life.
  • Work one-on-one with patients, helping them to develop social, communication, vocational, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other Autism Therapy Assistants, to provide comprehensive support to patients and their families.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and autism support.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities, such as running and jumping.
  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within the orientation/training period).

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $17/hour, with benefits and opportunities for pay increases at six and 12 months.
