Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse Radiology Position

University of Miami is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Radiology team in Miami, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Radiology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments, in accordance with unit standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Assist with education and training of new staff members and students.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
