Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse Radiology Level III

University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Radiology team as a Staff Registered Nurse Radiology Level III. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The Staff Registered Nurse Radiology Level III will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients undergoing radiology procedures. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and radiologic technologists, to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a radiology setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
