University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Radiology team as a Staff Registered Nurse Radiology Level I. Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Radiology department. As a Staff Registered Nurse Radiology Level I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our patients' care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiology procedures and technologies, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current/valid FL RN license.
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. PALS preferred but must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a radiology or critical care setting.
