Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve company objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Prior leadership experience in a sales or customer service-oriented position.
- Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
