Job Title: Project Controls Advisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project performance, including cost, schedule, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure milestones are achieved and quality standards are maintained.
  • Act as the single point of contact for accounting and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial management systems, including cash flow, inventory, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in financial reporting, project controls, or project management.
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of SAP (S4, Analytical Cloud, Fiori) and Salesforce.
  • Experience within the renewable energy industry, specifically photovoltaic solar arrays and/or battery energy storage systems.
  • Strong analytical, initiative, adaptability, hands-on, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and major customers.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced work environment.
