Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep clients informed about showings and feedback.
  • Enhance client retention and referrals through effective communication.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM systems to track business reports and sales activities.
  • Manage listings in MLS to expedite home sales.
  • Coordinate with other real estate professionals regarding showings.
  • Assist clients in completing listing contracts.
  • Schedule property inspections with clients and vendors.
  • Oversee a virtual assistant.
  • Handle document management and data entry tasks.
  • Facilitate communication among agents, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide office assistance and ensure compliance.
  • Answer incoming calls and create orders.
  • Support the implementation of operational systems.
  • Organize client events and calculate commission reports.
  • Verify documents for accuracy to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client events and calls.
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
